I have at least one urgent concern. (Safety issue, potentially dangerous player or situation, major incident in person or online, disability/medical issue, etc.)

My concerns are important, but not urgent. (Questionable behavior that doesn't rise to the level of urgent, upsetting interaction in-game, something seriously broken in the game not being addressed, etc.)

My concerns are minor. (Site/facility issues, small conflict with another player, mechanical balance issues, etc.)

I'm not sure my concern is relevant; I'm just reporting to make sure the staff know. (We appreciate that!)

This form is for any comments, questions, concerns, critiques, or just generally for reporting anything that might interfere (or interfered in the past) with your fun at an event. The first option for event-related issues should be approaching Player Representatives at the event itself; we can handle it quicker there, but we understand that's not always possible and that things happen in between events.

Please direct any questions about this form to prolarp.playerrep@gmail.com. This email address is run by Will Lindsay, a marshal and player rep for Pro. Their photo is on the Opening Ceremonies page along with all other staff. They will happily accept all complaints regarding their own interactions as well as anyone else's.

No one else currently has access to this address, and if that changes, it will be posted on the Facebook group and this will be updated.
